Hi

Is anyone familiar with the score album for CAN'T STOP THE MUSIC (please see pics). I am trying to determine how extensively this may have been distributed. It was issued in Australia on RCA Victor VPL1 6551. I can find no online reference to this LP and when I search using the catalogue number I only find information on an Austrian LP called "Back to the USA" by Wild Fantasy.

Thanks for any assistance. smile

I don't recall ever seeing this release in the record stores in Australia and I was always looking through the soundtracks back then. I have never come across it in the 2nd hand record stores in Australia either. I would like to know if anyone has come across it.

Thanks for the feedback Razorback64 . I picked this one up several years ago from a now-defunct Australian auction site (Oztions) and had never before, or have ever since, seen another copy....

I began collecting in 1990 and would browse the soundtrack sections (CD and LP sections if they had them) of every record store I came across. Likewise, I'm pretty sure I've never seen that before

Never saw this in Sydney where I've lived all my life...and if I HAD seen it, would have definitely picked it up. If it didn't show up in Ashwoods, it wouldn't have shown up anywhere. Very rare by the looks of it.

Does anyone know if this has appeared in any price guide (eg Jerry Osborne's) ?
