I'm aware this probably says nothing to Americans and little to Europeans, but anyway, one of my favourite LPs that never made it to CD in full (just 2-3 tracks on a compilation) is this one from a little known Jules Verne TV mini-series from the 1970s.

MATHIAS SANDORF (1979)

Elmer Bernstein's Blues and Brass. One of my all time favorite albums. There is a British release paired with To Kill A Mockingbird, but it is not available here.

Something very weird and The Fly-like happened to my post, so I'm trying again.

I only have three lps that I bought 8-10 years ago, 15 years after dumping my old LP collection. Two of which did show up on CD (Dunwich Horror and Swashbuckler). Here's the only one that's left (it's a seven inch).

EDIT: I give up, but thanks for the help.

Japanese vinyl pressings of the original Star Wars soundtrack LPs.
UK (best sounding) pressing of Leonard Rosenman's Lord of the Rings.
DCC Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Mondo's coloured vinyl pressing of Alex North's 2001.
Jaws/Jaws2/Dracula/Towering Inferno original vinyl releases.
Trek Bloopers wink

"Zachariah" (Jimme Haskell)

The LP is short and not all of it is Haskell's score. And judging by the sample of the main title on Amazon.com, it's missing the drum kit backing; maybe that was layered on later, maybe it's an laternate take.

Anyway, I'd love to have the full score on CD.

"Le Monde Sans Soleil" ("World without Sun", a Costeau feature-length documentary)

An excellent orchestral score by one-time composer (regularly a conductor) Serge Baudo, only with a handful of tracks on an obscure EP. What a terrible shame a great score like this is not on CD yet.

Acetate with mock-up gatefold cover of the proposed but never released soundtrack for Fantastic Voyage.

This was released on cd by FSM and more recently by La la Land.
