I purchased a second hand copy where in the description SAE mentioned a fold/crease in the booklet. When it arrived it appeared to be very minor to negligible, they are very honest.

You can find basically the same content on the European pressing of the score (also sans dialog). Many of these disks can be available quite cheaply new and used from sites like www.amazon.co.uk.

Well, they do have the option to display 100 titles per page with the picture (there it is not over 80 pages, but a little more than 20) - or you can even put "View All".
