As you know, we always hold back emergency copies of every title, to insure that damaged or lost in the mail copies can be replaced. If there's a thread on an OOP title I will always say rather than pay some boosted price, it is always a good idea to e-mail us to see if we have any copies from that stash left. We recently did our first inventory of the year and I had the Kritzerland helper make a specific list of OOP titles on which we have VERY limited stock left - sometimes one copy, sometimes ten, rarely more than that. So, here is a list of things we have and if you missed out and are interested in any of them, this is your chance to pick them up at their normal cost. So, if you see something you'd like, simply drop us an e-mail at kritzerland at gmail dot com and we'll do this on a first come, first served basis. And some of these really are one copy left.

The Apartment/The Fortune Cookie
Audrey Rose
Bananas/Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex
Black Sunday
Breakheart Pass
The Children's Hour
The Day the Earth Stood Still
Elmer Gantry
Earth vs. the Spider
Hud/The Lonely Man
Inspector Clouseau
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
It's a Wonderful Life
Juggernaut
Laura
The Man Who Would Be King
Missouri Breaks
The Molly Maguires
Mulholland Falls
Poltergeist II
Pirates
Preminger at Fox
Rashoman
The Raven
Rio Conchos
Strange Love of Martha Ivers
Tom Jones
Topkapi
Two for the Seesaw
Until September

Well, I debated with myself on the thought of writing you about two of your sold-out titles and convinced myself that you probably get these requests ALL the TIME, so I payed Chris Soundtrack Corner around 40 for their copy of Inspector Clouseau. The thing about assumptions...you've heard the saying. embarrassment
The other title, Billion Dollar Brain, isn't listed, but one fine day, I'll own one of those dag-nabbit!

Very curious to see what happens on this post of yours, Bruce.

Great deal!
I found at least 2 CD's, which I missed, so I just drop e-mail to Bruce - hope that I'm not too late...

I am interested by "The Children's Hour".

It's the complete score and the definitive version?

You know, Bruce, a list that long breaks not just my heart! wink

Elmer Gantry was not sold out, so I guess it was low in quantity to begin with?

Just sent a message regarding LAURA, IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, and PREMINGER AT FOX. I've been kicking myself pretty hard for not getting those when they were available. Hope I wasn't too late again.

The tapes utilized for Kritzerland's "The Children's Hour" are the only source of this music known to exist. The studio did not have the recording session elements on this title, and I believe an archive in a university library is the only custodian of this Alex North score.

There is some music heard in the film which is not on the soundtrack (probably separate recording sessions which were done later on and not saved).

To answer the question: it is not 100% complete, but it's as complete as it's ever going to get.

Thanks Bruce for this opportunity. I went a little overboard and grabbed these titles:

Audrey Rose
The Children's Hour
Elmer Gantry
The Man Who Would Be King
Mulholland Falls
Two for the seesaw
Until September

I was lucky to already have some of the other essential titles. Anyone have a favorite of these?

Thanks, Bruce. A lot of these titles came out during a period when I had to take a 20% pay cut to stay employed and was forced to curtail my CD purchases. I missed out on a lot of stuff from a lot of labels.

Well, something is seriously wrong because I just went back to the beginning of January and didn't see it. Very peculiar. When I typed it into the search bar nothing came up.

The search function of this message board has been broken for over a year and no one in charge seems to have any plans to fix it. To find anything now, you have to go to google, type in a word of two in the subject of the thread you're looking for, followed by "site:filmscoremonthly.com"

IE google "ethan kritzerland site:filmscoremonthly.com"
