Have any of you had a freeze/skip problem with the Blu-ray FATHER GOOSE that freezes around 18:50 elapsed time then skips to 19:40 elapsed time?

I emailed Olive Films customer service about the freeze/skip problem and asked if I could return the defective Blu-ray for a new one.

No reply.

I've had 4-5 other defective movies, all except one from Warner Bros. I contacted Warner Bros. and they cheerfully emailed me a return label to send back the defective movies in exchange for a new ones.

Olive Films: I get no reply from you means you get no money from me.

Thanks for the info. I emailed Olive at another email address, so hopefully this time I get a reply.
I hope Olive backs its products like Warner Bros.
