I emailed Olive Films customer service about the freeze/skip problem and asked if I could return the defective Blu-ray for a new one.
No reply.
I've had 4-5 other defective movies, all except one from Warner Bros. I contacted Warner Bros. and they cheerfully emailed me a return label to send back the defective movies in exchange for a new ones.
Olive Films: I get no reply from you means you get no money from me.
