Updated to FF 37.0.1 on two computers and I'm finding it really draggy. Both the browser and my computers. What the frack ever happened to this browser? It's gotten really clunky, resource hog, and an add-ons worst nightmare.
I thought Firefox was causing my problems with Amazon, but then I tried Internet Explorer and had the same problems. It turned out my DSL splitter was dying and had to replace it.
Since the last Firefox update, i haven't had any significant problems compared to a few months ago when lots of people had problems with Firefox.

Thanks for the update. As it turns out Amazon was one of the sites that was causing me the most problems on Firefox. Though I didn't think of trying another browser.
Still having problems with Firefox and Amazon. FF must be the issue though, I finally tried Amazon in Safari and had no issues. In FF the page is sluggish and it's almost impossible to navigate. I occasionally have sluggish issues with IMDB too.
I wouldn't be surprised if high-level compilations are to blame. We're probably at a point where hand generated assembler code needs to be written to minimise inefficient code looping due to the sheer amount of data being transmitted these days - possibly resulting in deadlock of some kind. So I think it may be down to the unintended consequences thingy.
Also, just about everything is hijacked by advertising data streams attached everywhere in parallel, left, right and centre - clogging of arteries, etc. How many 32/64 bit systems are there conferring?
