WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4
BRIDGE OF SPIES---is the official title for the Tom Hanks/Steven Spielberg movie about the lawyer who arranged the prisoner exchange of CIA U-2 pilot Francis Gary Powers and a Soviet spy on the "Bridge of Spies" in West Berlin.
BILLY LYNN'S HALFTIME WALK---Steve Martin and Garrett Hedlund will star in the Ang Lee movie based on the novel in which a squad of Iraq War heroes are honored at the halftime of a Dallas Cowboys football game on Thanksgiving Day.
INDEPENDENCE DAY 2---director Roland Emmerich confirmed Jeff Goldblum is returning for the sequel, and Liam Hemsworth (THE HUNGER GAMES) will also star. Hemsworth is rumored to be playing the son-in-law of President Whitmore from the original movie. Emmerich also confirmed Jessie Usher (SURVIVOR'S REMORSE) will play the son of Will Smith's character, Capt. Steve Hiller. Smith is not returning for the sequel.
UPRISING---20th Century Fox movie underway based on the Robert A. Heinlein novel THE MOON IS A HARSH MISTRESS in which a lunar colony rebels against Earth. Bryan Singer is the director.
13 HOURS---David Denman (THE OFFICE), Max Martini (SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, THE UNIT) and James Badge Dale (IRON MAN 3, THE PACIFIC) will co-star with John Krasisnski (THE OFFICE) in this Michael Bay movie about the special forces unit that tried to rescue Ambassador Christopher Stephens during a terrorist attack on the US diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.
CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR---the reboot Spider-Man is expected to appear in CIVIL WAR after co-directors Anthony and Joe Russo signed a new deal with Sony Pictures.
RUSH HOUR---Jon Foo (TEKKEN) will play the Jackie Chan role in the CBS series based on the movie.
STAR WARS REBELS---Sarah Michelle Gellar has joined the Season 2 cast in an undisclosed role. Her husband, Freddie Prinze, Jr., is a current cast member.
HAWAII FIVE-O---Pauly Shore, Jaleel White and Kevin Farley will guest star on a future episode in which three friends party all night and then wake up to find a dead woman in their hotel suite.
BLUE WORLD ORDER---Billy Zane (TITANTIC) and Jack Thompson (THE MAN FROM SNOWY RIVER) star in this Australian sci fi movie in which a man discovers an unknown civilization which may save his comatose daughter.
UNCLE BUCK---Mike Epps and Nia Long will star in the all-black CBS sitcom based on the 1989 John Candy movie.

Does anyone know why David Arnold wasn't asked back to score this one? I know that Emmerich has now a producing relationship with Kloser since 20,000 BC (wow, has it really been this long?), but did he really burn bridges with Arnold that badly over The Patriot?
