SODOM is NOT a Tadlow Release....I did this for Prometheus Records ...so I have no idea what they feel re 5.1 etc....
ouch...after the cheesy job they did for The Betsy, I shudder at the thought of the "artwork" ...the music is going to be wonderful, but for sure Tadlow's own releases are, as objets d'art, in a different class..
Looks like Prometheus might go with my cover design for SODOM.....

I have finished with Sodom! Well I have done my bit, got the score reconstructed by Leigh, spent a week recording the music with the CoPPO and Nic Raine on top form, then another session of choir recording with Miriam Nemcova and then collectively 6 days of editing and mixing, then re mixing bits and bobs, and today final mastering of the double CD. Now it is over the Frank and Luc etc...All I know is that I have been obsessed with this recording since last October when I had another Obsession! You're not done, James. You still have to write your producer's note.

I think music lovers are going to be very happy with this recording. The original soundtrack recorded in Italy was enthusiastically played but not the last word in orchestral finesse or hi-fi. This new recording puts the music in a whole new light. It will be worth the wait.
