Dear friends,

Some of you here were contributors to our successful Kickstarter campaign last year, IFUKUBE 100: A LEGACY OF MONSTER MUSIC, which celebrated composer Akira Ifukube's 100th Anniversary and Godzilla's 60th. As you well know, the campaign and concert was a great success and right now we are currently at the tail end of our latest one, SYMPHONIC FURY! THE MUSIC OF JAPANESE MONSTERS.

This newest concert will feature not only Akira Ifukube's very popular three piece "SYMPHONIC FANTASIA", which contains music from almost every one of his Toho special effects film scores, but it will also feature his World War II era classical march, "KISHI MAI". This piece is actually where the Japanese naval march from Godzilla 1954 originates from.

In addition to all that, we will be doing a program of music from Japanese composer Kow Otani. Mr. Otani is a very active composer and performer in Japan and he is helping us prepare the materials. We will be doing selections from each of his 1990's Gamera films as well as GODZILLA MOTHRA KING GHIDORAH GIANT MONSTERS ALL OUT ATTACK from 2001. In addition, Mr. Otani will attend the concert if we get it successfully funded.

This is truly an incredible opportunity to be a part of a great event once again. Please check out the campaign and do consider contributing and helping spread the word.
