Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall et al....yeah, yeah...now that that's out of the way, which songs sound like Bond songs but obviously aren't? Not counting songs from spoofs, parodies, and other secret agent franchises.

Goodbye is Forever- by Arcadia
The 1985 Duran Duran offshoot group's most Bondian-sounding song. Even the title is something that might have been a James Bond film.
You mean songs written for movies or songs in general, 'cause this one came right to mind:
Edit: The old video was taken down. One can only imagine what Bernstein would've done for a Bond movie, but this song (with Don Black lyrics, yet!) is a neat bit of speculation.
Maybe I'm the only one who feel this way, but I've always felt that John Williams' theme song for STORIA DI UNA DONNA sounds like it could have been a Bond song, as perfomed by Ornella Vanoni. Something about the dramatic intervals leaps, the major-minor changes etc.
I allways felt that Summerwine / Lee Hazlewood; Nancy Sinatra had a James Bond vibe about it. This doesn't go for the lyrics but for the melody. Some of the chord progressions remind me of the James Bond theme.
'This Must Be The Place I've Waited Years To Leave' (originally written in 1986) has been rumoured to be a song Pet Shop Boys submitted for Bond, which was rejected...
