There are some very old posts at FSM about the SPA LP "American Life" which contains Holiday Set by Alex North. Googling this will find Billboard magazine from May 1, 1954 which refers to its release.
A question about this LP in these posts is whether it ever had a real cover, or was just issued in a plain jacket. Recently I got a new scanner which has stitching software that allows you to create pictures of things which normally wouldn't fit on the scanner like record covers. With this software I was able to create a picture of this LP which, yes, was issued with a real cover:
