Surely that's a '40s hairstyle. She's looking at a playback and thinking, 'They'll never believe this is a ski-run: my career will be in tatters'. Actually she'd probably be ordered to wear a helmet these days.

I thought the picture was an advert for a new invisible hair drier.

The poster may say Spellbound; but the image in it belongs to movie FEAR by Rosellini. Look for posters from this latter movie and you'll see. Alex

The poster may say Spellbound; but the image in it belongs to movie FEAR by Rosellini. Look for posters from this latter movie and you'll see. Alex I can't find any. Her hairstyle was very different in that movie, and here she's on the ski-run and in costume with Spellbound scarf. Women's hairstyles took a nosedive in the '50s and Ingrid's did too.

I managed to find a few posters for this Rossellini film and her hair is much shorter than in the still here. Therefore I have to say it is definitely from the ski slope sequence from Spellbound.
