To me, a single very short piece 'To the boys...' from Legends of the Fall... a few seconds of achingly sad music that lingers in your mind... And some very nice albeit bittersweet memories for me are linked to the opening titles of 'Sneakers' with its ethereal chorus of women.... The saddest moment to come for me will be seeing Mr Horner's face in the next Oscars' In Memoriam segment :-(
Great responses here. I've bought a few new scores because of them. Spotify is lacking a majority of Horner's music so the playlist idea isn't going too well. I'll be creating my own iTunes playlist based on all your comments. Thanks for the replies.
