I picked up La La Land's excellent Millennium set back in 2008.

A few years later in 2011, I sat down to listen to the set again & discovered that Disc 1 no longer played. There were no marks or scratches on the disc, but the disc just span in the player & made horrible clicking sounds while the player refused to recognise the disc.

Sadly, by this time the set was long out of print & going for silly money on ebay so there was no chance of getting a replacement disc.

Cut to 2015. La La Land re-issue the set to coincide with the release of Millennium Volume 2.

So, thinking it's probably quite a longshot but it couldn't hurt to ask, I contact the fine folks at La La Land & ask if there was any chance they could let me have a replacement for the 2008 Disc 1.

To my extreme surprise, a reply came back almost immediately & I was told 'Not a longshot at all. Happy to send a replacement disc'.

One week later, & it's crossed the pond to the UK & is in my mailbox.

So, I just wanted to publicly thank everyone at La La Land. You are AWESOME!

I have had this same problem more times than I would like. My Bose CD player is very sensitive to any irregularities common to CDs. Intrada and La La Land have both been very helpful without question.
