This sports figure went from being the Superman of the 1970's, to being a woman. Quite the brave person. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/02/business/media/jenner-reveals-new-name-in-vanity-fair-article.html?_r=0 I have one thing to say to Caitlyn Jenner: "You're 65 years old and you're an even bigger public figure than you've been in the last 25 years. So, please avoid perpetuating the idea that a woman your age and older needs to look 40 or younger. Dignity wears so much better and lasts longer than anything anyone will try to sell you to improve your appearance."
Me and the Missus were passing thoughts about Jenner back and forth just the other day.
I was reminding her that here we have a man who worked hard to achieve his goals back then and did it without any enhancement-drug scandals, spouse abuse scandals, dog fight scandals, etc., etc. Kids genuinely took him on as a hero-figure. Something almost unheard of today.
She's just going on and on about how beautiful he/she is. I remind her that it's Vanity Fair. You sit in the make-up trailer for hours to get that way and they probably don't look quite like that the rest of the time.
Then I tell the Missus that SHE looks beautiful ALL the time (and she actually does). Got favorite pizza for dinner.

Just like at Playboy magazine: orange lighting, ice cubes and rubber bands.
