I was curious if the others who had not received this cd as part of their subscription, have since resolved the issue and received it. I've emailed Onelive twice with no response. I had given up and figured there must be some glitch so I went to re-order and now the cd is no longer available. This is a bit disappointing. Is there a way to still purchase this cd and reinstate my subscription?

I signed up for the subscription and also have not received the 2nd CD in the series. I went to the Varese site and tried to log into my account and could not. I next attempted to recover/reset my password, and the email address I gave them was not recgonized as having an account associated with it. So I sent an email to support@onelivemedia.com.

Email orders @ varesesarabande.com and tell Todd PETER HACKMAN sent you and you have had numerous issues. He'll get this straightened out. No worries at all! Remove the two spaces around the @ sign before sending email.
