Hmmm....

If Dracula can transform into a bat, you'll have Batman vs a batman. All kinds of possibilities.

He fought Dracula in one comic of the 80s. In that one Dracula had his heart in a clock which Batman deduced from the ticking getting faster and louder as Dracula got more active during the fight.

I think the comic book ended with batman defeating Dracula , but was bitten and became a vampire himself living in the batcave during day still having old Alfred as his servant...
I think it was called Red Rain or something. the animated movie was soso...

Yah RED RAIN - it was drawn by Kelley Jones - it was great at the time.
