Used to be on youtube and I had a recording of the Main and End Titles from the Video but can't seem to find it.
I'd love to hear it again. I was listening to Goldsmith's ILLUSTRATED MAN with the lady Vocalist and it was reminding me of Horner's THE DRESSER for some reason.
Would love to hear it clean. If anyone puts it on youtube don't title it THE DRESSER or Dresser Soundtrack. They will remove it. Use a cryptic name. I used TDCASTRATOET or something like that.
Nice score. Interesting that it was recorded in only one day, and it was while Horner was over there with the LSO doing the Brainstorm re-recording, but featuring only a few musicians. There is very little music in the film at all, probably less than 10 minutes total.
No, this film provides an acting tour de force almost beyond imagination. Positively brilliant all 'round. The music sets the mood at the beginning and quite hauntingly closes out the drama during the end credits. If there's anything in the middle it's an "eh" situation. And that's not a slam, no, this is a production of pure acting.
