San Andreas is absolutely science fiction, even if it's presented like a modern fantasy/adventure/superhero film. They're mostly all distilled to that now.
I need Mr Jack to weigh in - happy, let down?? Or I could just rewatch the film, since I forgot how In Your Service is. I've been reading that dudes praise of this score since FSM print days! Great artwork & sequence, yahoo! So happy, I'll have to look into the Lockington title too, film might be intriguing. ..anyone know of it? Is it on Netflix?? -Sean
2013 "small" sci-fi scores by composers that have never been on Intrada that had a digital-download OST but no CD OST include:
John Ottman - Jack The Giant Slayer (that has an Amazon CDR option, though... and I dunno if I'd call it "small") Steven Price - The World's End Aaron Zigman - Escape from Planet Earth (would Roger have referred to this as sci-fi instead of animation, though?)
How I wish it could be Now You See Me by Brian Tyler, but he's been on Intrada before (and the SoundCloud program of the score he posted wasn't exactly a true "digital download")
Anyways, seems most likely Steven Price - The World's End to me....
In what world is Jack the Giant Slayer a sci-fi film? Better yet, in what world is San Andreas not? That one may be based on a poor understanding of science, but it's still based on science!

Mostly happy, with reservations (the album sequencing is very odd...why is Paul Williams' "Flying Dreams" vocal plopped right in the middle of the CD? Why are a lot of cues placed in non-film order?). I'm happy that some of the missing music was found (and the best unreleased cue, at that), but it's kind of crushing to have a 20+ year dream of a complete, chronological NIMH album dashed. I applaud Intrada's efforts all the way, and will pick this up, but still...I'm left wanting more. Hell, I'd even buy a faithful re-recording of the entire score just for the remaining unreleased bits.

I’m going to split "The Sentry Reel/The Story Of NIMH" in half as “At Your Service” goes in the middle of “The Sentry Reel” and "The Story of NIMH".
I’ll also have to cut "Escape From NIMH/In Disguise" into two cues again. Both are doable but it won’t be perfect because these all cross-fade.
Ive never gotten a satisfactory edit putting “Flying Dreams” in the middle of “Flying High/End Title”. I may just not bother doing that again.
The rest can easily be moved into film order. The bonus stuff I'll keep at the end.
Edit: Here's the film order of existing cues.
(1) Main Title (2) Allergic Reaction/Athletic Type (3) Flying Dreams -- Lullaby (4) The Tractor (5) No Thanks (6) Step Inside My House (7) In Disguise (8) The Sentry Reel (9) At Your Service (10) Story Of Nimh (11) Escape From Nimh (12) Moving Day (13) The House Raising (14) Flying High -Flying Dreams-End Title
