I doubt this helps at all, but here's info I had on the DA scoring sessions (from the OM reports filed with AFM 47, collected as research material in 2012 or 2013):
Post production title: "Survival Run" (Damnation Alley)
Recording dates (orchestral score recorded TCF stage): 26, 27 January, 3 February, 1977 (four saxes recorded afternoon session 3 February, fourteen piece big band recorded 4 February, 1977)
A while back, you wrote, regarding some scoring sessions:
I've always wanted to know how long of a gap there is between original score and any re-recording.
From what I know: ... King Solomon's Mines - Late 1985 Lionheart - September-October 1986 Leviathan - January 1989...
I've been compiling my own chronology, which is now more often sourced than I ever would have expected, but I don't have anything on those three. Do you remember where you found those dates?

here, in the Italian text crawl at the top, when translated says "January 1989"
as for Lionheart, the original album of Islands in the Stream (recorded just after the Lionheart sessions) Jerry's penned note is signed October 1986.
Not sure where I got that for King Solomon's Mines, but it's an educated guess based on the production and release dates.
This is a very interesting thread. Love reading about the little details and to see the actual chronology of what was recorded (and composed) when. Added information could be the recording facility, while we're at it.
