I ordered flowers for my friend in Danville CA on internet flower shop. But flower shop delivered different flowers. I sent e-mail to flower shop "You must deliver the flowers which I ordered. Or I do not pay charge for you". However I have received the credit card bill. Anyone have a good idea ?
Hi, Chickenhearted, I think the only thing you can do is dispute the charge with your credit card. If you were local, you might try calling the flower shop, but a phone call from Japan to California might be more than the bill.

Thanks for your advice,mgh. I try to dispute the charge $57.93( 7,351YEN). The Yen has been weak against the Dollar recently. So I do not accept flower shop's mistake.
