The same here. James, how soon can we expect this one available for purchase ? One other question. Is everything on schedule for recording DUEL IN THE SUN next month? I have waited over 60 years for that classic Tiomkin score.

Simply gorgeous! I've always considered the "Sodom and Gomorrah" score to be the equal of "Ben-Hur", "King of Kings" and "El Cid" and am so excited that this is close to being released. Wonderful cover art, too. This is the one I've been waiting for!

Absolutely nailed.

I didn't think the old MGM performance of that piece could be bettered, but you've done it.

Holy smoke! Goose bumps galore. What a majestic piece. I am really looking forward to this!

Thanks for the appetizer, James. And the project per se, of course!

And I agree: Great cover. The internet told me it's by English painter John Martin.

What a release to look forward to...

This is absolutely.............................................................

Sorry was lost for words there, first of all LANCASHIRE win the T20 cup (finally) and then James posts this incredible recording of one of my absolute favorite Rozsa tracks.

Now if you can just release this before retirement and buying a home destroys the bank balance, I shall be a very happy man.

Please hurry. smile

"The Blonde" happens to be my dear friend Lucie Svehlova...one of the finest Concertmasters I have ever worked with...who will be doing 3 big solos at the Miklos Rozsa concert in Prague on Sept 28th! Shame on those who will miss such a one-off event!

3 big solos... let me guess : Ben-Hur love theme, El Cid love theme, and... The private life of SH ?

Great video, by the way. I'll be in Prague for the concert, thank you for making this event possible.

I would love to go. Unfortunately the commute from California to the Czech Republic is a tad too far for my wallet. It is a shame that I cannot go; truly disappointed. But shame on me? Heavens to Betsy.

Yes, odd way to encourage people and attract customers, saying "shame on you" to those not able to make an intercontinental trip for a concert.

unbelievable..the orchestration..and OMG the theme! the theme! Unmistakably Rozsa from first note to last...and goosebumps from beginning to end.
Really, guys: they don't make 'em like this anymore.

Kudos&thanks to everyone involved, from mr.Fitz to the last marvelous Prague musician.
And gorgeous, very classy artwork, too! I even saw the actual painting at an exhibition at Tate Britain a few years ago..really worthy of a Hollywood epic!
