No mayonnaise was harmed in the making of this sandwich. It is delicious. I only wish I'd had some onions on hand. Two thick slices of Gwaltney bologna. In the center a good slice of Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese slightly melted to make it a little gooey. Something to chuck down my neck at a busy time. (Shouldn't even be posting here, really but all work and no play...) What it lacks in taste it makes up for in mediocrity.
