My current sandwich has delicious mustard, spinach, sauerkraut, tomatoes, and Jarlsberg cheese on multigrain bread. No mayonnaise was harmed in the making of this sandwich. It is delicious. I only wish I'd had some onions on hand.

What's on your sandwich?

My usual breakfast sandwich: eggs, potatoes and red peppers on a whole wheat hoagie roll. A combination that my wife finds disgusting, so I hope it doesn't offend too many here.

White bread slices with a generous helping of Gulden's spicy brown mustard. Two thick slices of Gwaltney bologna. In the center a good slice of Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese slightly melted to make it a little gooey. Best bologna and cheese ever.

Just had a wrap with some kind of cheese and onion concoction and some pea shoots for variety. Something to chuck down my neck at a busy time. (Shouldn't even be posting here, really but all work and no play...)

What it lacks in taste it makes up for in mediocrity.

Could be my epitaph.

Two "plain bread" heels (NEVER "pan" bread) from the two extremes of my fresh Mother's Pride loaf, with a slab of lard, a fistful of salt, and lashings of Heinz Tomato Ketchup.

I try to keep it healthy. Hundred percent wheat bread, with turkey breast and slice of swiss cheese and tomato. Or a tuna melt.

I always enjoy Rodney Dangerfield constructing that sandwich at the beginning of BACK TO SCHOOL

Marmite, cheese and butter. Wholegrain bread. (I find white bread disgusting).

P.B. on 15 grain bread, Bolthouse Farms Blue Goodness smoothie. It's what I've eaten every lunch for 15 years. Lunch is a lightweight meal around here, supper is when my Mediterranean cooking shows up!

Liver mush on white; grape jelly on one side, yellow mustard on the other.
NO danger, whatsoever, of anyone swiping it from the break room fridge!
