After the title crawl, the camera POV usually translates downwards to reveal the arc of a planetary surface, followed by a ship moving either towards or away from the viewpoint.
Question is, which foot does it start off with - a republic or imperial Ren introduction? I take it the galactic empire is in smithereens though not quite done away with. After such a long absence it would seem fitting to reintroduce the established characters first, although it's always possible things will kick off via a third party.
As there are so many characters in the new scheme, it would not surprise me if the running time exceeds two hours. Does anyone have any ideas how Kasdan is likely to proceed on this one?
