really wanted to buy it, but it is incredibly expensive to ship it to Europe... How to solve it?

I got a round about way: what if the book was discounted -- to this person -- the entire price of shipping, somebody -- maybe a friend of the book writer, pays the part discounted, and then the buyer refunds that person that money (which will be cheaper to do than straight shipping).

Just an idea.

I don't know if I'm reading your theory right, Justin, but, doesn't it end up costing the customer the same amount, just broken into two payments? Maybe I'm confused.

Now in the 20's remaining! Get 'em while I still got 'em!

I am gonna buy one. Just mailed you (again).
But if buying two books, will shipping be the same?

I forwarded all the info to your e-mail, Sandor. Very happy you'll get a copy! smile

GOT IT!!! Thanks so much (also for signing... :-) ) gr, s

Chromaparadise, I'd love to see a e-book version of this title. I for one prefer that format these days, and, hey, limitless print runs!

Heath, take a look at the last post on this thread. I did a detailed explanation why I made the decision to go physical book over e-pub:

http://www.filmscoremonthly.com/board/posts.cfm?threadID=111881&forumID=7&archive=0&pageID=2&r=223#bottom

The other problem is that print runs are limited to a physical number of units negotiated in the form of a Print License from the copyright holder of Goldsmith's APES score. I can't imagine what an open-ended license would cost!

Ok, thanks. Understood. Guess I'll have to wait for a second print run and get better glasses... eyes ain't what they used to be when it comes to smaller print!
