Yeah, I got a promo copy a couple of days ago. I had high hopes for it, given Sillitoe's fine score for the otherwise uneven DIRK OHM earlier this year, but was surprised by how much it nurtured a typical thriller sound with suspense riffs and brooding drones/textures. I guess I had expected something a little more "extrovert". But looking forware to the show, and how the music works within.
I chatted with Sillitoe on Facebook about the fact that I missed some themes in the first episode of the show. I like his modern and well-produced soundscape, but I hope his score gets more melodic. I don't know if it will happen though...
Score in episode 2 was quite underwhelming. Why does a theme enter at the end credits, and not before? Also, I think the Sivert Høyem song is rather out-of-place.
