I'm afraid all I remember of this film's music is the opening by Stu Philips: Theme from Battlestar Galactica.
I think I read somewhere that Stu only found out about it the night he happened to go to the movie. Or am I thinking of Alex North in 1968 having the exact opposite experience?
It's nice to see the Airplane II key art again. For some reason, Paramount never used it for the DVD, and this was back when they were: a.) releasing catalog titles with the original key art, and b.) releasing catalog titles, period!
I'd love to hear Ken Finkleman talk about this movie. He's achieved great success with TV in his native Canada but he more or less looks at his Hollywood career with disdain.
Interested in Airplane II. Though I don't remember anything about the score.
Me neither. I watched it not too long ago and I thought it sounded similar to the first one (except for the Battlestar Galactica music). I'll most likely end up getting Airplane II but I'll probably check out the samples first.
