If he slept with anyone when knew he was HIV positive and did not disclose it nor use protection, I don't see how he can be defended for such behavior.
In the interview on the today show he said he was honest with everyone after he found out? He also said he never missed a day taking his medication that surpresses the virus' activity (and still allows for unprotected sex as there is an extremely small chance of transference, obviously left to the partner to decide). So unless you know something more, why automatically assume he is guilty of intentionally spreading it?
Francis, I used the word "If." I know he says he did disclose. He also said he went on a drug binge when he found out. I understand that reaction, but did drugs cloud his actions? I guess you have more faith in his veracity or character than I do. I sorry he got this horrid disease, but I lost a lot of faith in his character over the years.

I guess that would be for those who slept with him to find out? Shouldn't be rocket science exactly, if someone got it from Sheen they'd be after his money for supposedly having kept it from them, as opposed to those who are after his money because they knew he was HIV positive.
What follows after my "if" is different from you, I'm giving the guy the benefit of the doubt here.
