I just received my copy of "The Encyclopedia Of Film Composers" last Wednesday and noticed some notable names are missing.
They are:
Irving Gertz Herschel Burke Gilbert Akira Ifukube Michel Michelet Gerard Shurmann Marlin Skiles Ronald Stein Herman Stein Morton Stevens
Stevens may be better known for his television work but he also scored the feature films "Hardly Working", "Slapstick (Of Another Kind"), "Great White" and "Act Of Violence".
Can anybody think of other composers that were omitted?
