Wondering if there ever will be a proper release of the soundtrack. Right now On Amazon you have to find all the tracks on Amazon prime playlist,, order them and download them if you want, and then assemble it. The total price comes close to $21. It is an hour and 26 minutes of music by commercial label, Sony, but the same time excessive. I hate to download all those and then find out there's a 9.99 release of it. Though that does seem to direction Amazons going with their series. That is do it yourself playlusts with downloadable tracks.
I have Amazon Prime which includes access to Amazon music. So I went on the Amazon Music app and searched for the music for Man in the High Castle and found someone had already made a playlist of all the tracks. So I just added the playlist to my library and then downloaded all the tracks for free. Haven't had a chance to listen to it yet but I really enjoyed the show. Can't wait for season 2.

Im not too fond of having amazon own my copies. Free prime downloads are free as long as amazon doesn't lose rights, play only in amazon players and suspect drm.
The playlist was made by amazon.
Not a fan in general of why buy when can stream. Something tangible and more permanent in ownership.
Ill ask my question again? Anyone expect album or cd release for cheaper price as opposed to collection of .99 tunes?
If Amazon have made the series exclusively for their streaming service, then I expect the music will only be available in the same way.
This is how they can gradually move consumers over to streaming, by making exclusive products for that format.
So you're either stuck with what they make available, or you just ignore it altogether as if it didn't exist, and make do with what's available elsewhere.

Thats the answer I was looking for. Will buy but hope wont regret in that soon after issue.
When I heard it in the show, Juliana's Letter instantly became my favorite cue of the year from film or television. Definitely put Dominic Lewis on the map for me!
