Tadlow Music's sale has been very successful...but must end Feb 15. Then some titles will have to be deleted to clear space etc.... Glad to see your music sale is doing well. James, can you update us on the progress with DUEL IN THE SUN and THIEF OF BAGDAD? I'm so glad you reminded him PFK, I think he had forgotten all about them!

First to get deleted, THE PRIVATE LIFE OF SHERLOCK HOLMES....more to follow when sale ends... Congrats on the well-deserved sell out! Too bad it won't be around for other people to buy but it had a good run. I'll be pulling the trigger on an order soon, but I'm just debating on whether to include Masters of Light. Wish I'd picked it up when you offered free worldwide shipping. Now since it's full price and there's no shipping break for getting multiple CDs I have to weigh whether it's worth paying almost $30 for. What do other people think? Is it really that good? Yavar

One customer complained at the "speedy" deletion of SHERLOCK ... until I pointed out it was released 8 years ago ...so not my fault that he wasn't able to buy the CD over an 8 year span.... But it's not as if you just decided to stop selling it all of a sudden, right James? I assume it's just that you sold out of the stock on hand and it was either the end of the 3000 copy run or you decided it wasn't worthwhile to press more. Not as if you have copies lying around and you're refusing to sell them to him... Thanks again for recording the score, by the way. At the time it looked like we would never get the original tracks in acceptable form, and it's one of my favorite Rozsa scores (and Rozsa-scored films). Very nice, attractive booklet you produced for it too. Yavar

While we're discussing the Sherlock Holmes CD (which is a marvelous recording by the way), I have a quick question for James about the ordering of some of the cues. With the music for the deleted "Upside Down Room" sequence, the cd arranges so that the music is "The Curious Case of the Upside Down Room/Pistol Practice followed by "Moving Out." The thing that confuses me about this is the audio for the sequence seems to indicate that "Moving Out" is supposed to come before "Pistol Practice." May I ask how you arrived at this order. Please don't take this as criticism as I really love the recording, I'm just curious about this ordering.

Tadlow titles are available as lossless downloads: http://www.prestoclassical.co.uk/search.php?searchString=tadlow I hope the same will happen for Prometheus titles in the future?
