I mean, she even quoted Rocky Horror in her dialogue, fer cryin' out loud. Susan, Susan... c'mon, work with us here, baby. It's an ensemble movie, not "White Palace"! PS. I adore Susan Sarandon.

THREE'S COMPANY---New Line Cinema is in talks to acquire the movie rights to the ABC sitcom that starred John Ritter, Suzanne Somers and Joyce DeWitt. For crying out loud, why bother? Just re-release the original "Man About The House" movie. The early 70's was the only time that the premise was daring enough to merit a show at all. (I hasten to add, Ritter was a very gifted comic actor. Still very missed.) I could see this as a Paul Rudd vehicle from Judd Apatow. Rudd's probably the only current comedy actor who could bring enough charm to get around the skeevier parts of the premise. Still, there is no particular reason to resurrect this dusty artifact.

What? No report on the debut of the theatrical trailer for the latest Woody Allen film, Café Society?!? Come on! http://youtu.be/Rl4X6pFfmTI Looks great, super premise (Woody goes all Day of the Locust?), but will it run out of steam by the second half like so many other recent Allen films?
