No disrespect to Mr Ellington but I have to say I found this a hard listen. The heist theme held my attention somewhat but unless you are a fan of this type of jazz arrangement I'd stay clear. I admit I'm not a fan of his Anatomy of a murder soundtrack either so I probably was not going to be to impressed. Cool urban jazz Schifrin style now that's my bag.
