Everyone excited?
I hope he opens with Grand Canyon Fanfare.

I didn't manage to get a programme, but here's most of what on tap not in order of playing except for the first piece and the encores:

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them (the first and last score on the official list)
Pretty Woman (as part of a suite of his romcom scores)
My Best Friend's Wedding (ditto)
Dave
The Hunger Games series, including his daughter singing "The Hanging Tree" (which came before intermission)
Dinosaur
The Interpreter
Snow Falling On Cedars
Snow White And The Huntsman
Wyatt Earp
King Kong
Signs
The Sixth Sense
The Village
The Last Airbender
Lady In The Water
Peter Pan
The Dark Knight

1st Encore: Maleficent
2nd Encore (and missed by a few people, including the two women next to me): The Prince Of Tides

There was also solo piano piece from his album in the '70s.

This was music of beauty and power, beautifully performed . Highlights for me were, Signs, Wyatt Earp, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Prince Of Tides.

Amazing concert. I've seen John Barry, Jerry Goldsmith and Ennio Morricone conduct at the Royal Albert Hall and this concert was up there with those.....

Really looking forward in seeing him next Saturday in Antwerp. Program looks great, there's only one piece missing for me and that's Waterworld.

Totally agree with you Peter. And having Prince Of Tides at the end was just the icing on top of a very delicious cake!

CindyL, you've confused The Interpreter with Blood Diamond and Lady in the Water wasn't performed, although clips from it were shown during Flow Like Water from Last Airbender.
As stated above, an incredible concert, one of the best I've ever attended (and I've seen all of the greats of the Silver Age).

It was a lovely touch to end part one with his daughter Anouk singing Hanging Tree from Hunger Games. The build up after by the choir and orchestra was stunning and guaranteed EVERYONE in there was humming that tune during intermission. smile
