Considering that Williams will be turning eighty-seven in 2019, I think Spielberg's being optimistic, but as always I hope Williams will be able to do it. I don't think Spielberg would do the film without Williams. This is I think, the swan song for the threesome. I don’t understand all the fuss related to his age. Williams can have 10 or 12 years ahead of him, who knows? I recently did an interview with Polish director Andrzej Wajda, who received an honorary Oscar in 2000. We talked 70 minutes, he is such a talker. And he is 90 years old and just finished another movie, already thinking about the next one. My wife's grandfather is 90 years old, and he feels very good. John Williams is still as good as ever, at the top of his game. Why don't we just enjoy the fact that he is still with us and offers us such a wonderful musical gifts? Very few artists have the chance to make music as long as has, the music at the highest level.
