The Orlando nghtclub shooting is being called an act of domestic terrorism. The murderer, 29 year-old Omar Mateen, was killed by the SWAT team three hours after the shootings began.
Background checks and proper gun sales might have made it harder for this guy to get a gun (thank the NRA for letting him get it easily). It shouldnt eliminate the alleged "good guy with a gun." The fact that gun sales go up when background legislation is even discussed shows how many paranoid people there are who SHOULDNT have guns.
Here's a solution. Split the country in half. Have a gun free zone and a gun zone. Will just need to build a wall, a big beautiful wall to keep the "refugees" from escaping their own carnage.

Its a depiction of hate, not religion. Religion is about tolerance but certainly not this example being set here. Excruciatingly sad state of event and tragedy! Imagine the counter hatred this will breed against the many because of just one 'lunatic.

I know of a religion that wants to ban gay marriage and make being gay illegal. They already accomplished this in Nigeria where punishment is 14 years in prison.

Nigeria sits on the North African Islamic Front and is more or less evenly divided between Islam and Christianity. It will never have LGBT rights because of one of those two forces.
Solium if you look at a world map of Christian majority countries, and a map of countries that persecute their LGBT populace - something should jump out at you.
This is the only thing I want to say about this..... I'm pretty much a complete misanthrope because so many of my fellow humans are vile. I believe in evil and it's a complete manifestation of the human mind. The human mind is the only place we know of where evil comes from. The most dangerous creature on this planet, that has ever walked this world, is man.
Thank whomever or whatever that things aren't worse, like when we were slaughtering each other in WW II.
