There is no soundtrack stores in Stockholm, there`s hardly any CD stores at all left these days unless you count those secondhand stores but there is no guarantee that they have filmscores.
But if you visit Gothenburg we do have two stores I gladly recommend.

Even though the site is in Swedish this is the best I could do about secondhand CD (and LP) stores in Stockholm. Pet Sounds is a store I have good experience with but that was with LP soundtracks though.
