Tony Hymas is an excellent composer, and I must thank THX99 for turning me on to him about a year ago when he properly identified a piece of music he wrote, "Spirit of Achievement", which is included in the same album he linked to above.
Lots of excellent orchestrations and concert-hall touches, some really inspired stuff. Shame he only appears to have scored a very small handful of obscure films - He really knows what he's doing in front of an orchestra.
It seems there's next to know interest in symphonic library music, but I must say I love the stuff and there's some extremely high-quality work out there!
