Watching this underrated film again and basking in this epic score.

Caught the film a few weeks ago. Quite fun. Definitely got a bad rap because of the budget woes. And Debney’s score is his masterpiece. I have the 70min album. Wish I hadn’t missed out on this.
Are they the same cues with the track on disc 2 having a clean ending (in case of cross-mix of the tracks on disc1) or were there a difference between the two
LA LA Land is missing the cue with ALBUM EDIT subtitle but has the cue separated still

In France, UK and Germany Studio Canal released a new 4K-Master of the movie on Blu-Ray and UHD. There are new bonus features on the Blu-Ray. One of them is called "Summon Your Courage: Scoring Cutthroad Island". It's about half an hour and mixes a new on camera interview with John Debney with scences from the movie. Debney talks among other things about the compressed time frame he had to write the music and what an awesome experince it was hearing in played live by the great recording musicans in the Air studios for the first time. He had some more intersting anecdotes. Highly recommanded for fans of the movie and it's score.
Blu-Ray and UHD-Versions are out now in France and Germany and in September in the UK.
