Oddly, I was just listening to the Season 2 album yesterday on Spotify, and was thinking of posting about it here - so thanks for starting a thread for me, Tom! I enjoy the series (I'm midway through season 3) quite a lot actually, and have found the music really effective and enjoyable to listen to with or without the show. Don't know if I'd purchase it, but might at least buy the downloads if I weren't a Spotify subscriber. Surprises me that I enjoy this music more than Giacchino's Lost, which I've been catching up on as well lately. That music seems a little to distilled down to the basics, which makes it work perfectly in the show, but not as successful to me apart. Or maybe I just like groovin to the electronic beats.....

Was gonna resurrect a thread but none of them were generically about the show and music itself. Show had big ratings. Hope it finds a bigger audience on Netflix. Apparently never jumps the shark. I think they went out at the right time. (I wish they had gotten a full season to wrap up instead of a half a season.) Takes a long time to "get going". But before it gets very arc-y it's a solid procedural with a paranoid security twist and a terrific cast. A lot of people turned up their nose that it wasn't, well, basically the show it eventually built up to. And I love that score.
