Last week I watched Frances for the first time and this piece was included as source music. It immediately had me searching my FSMemory and it hit me that it was also source music in Twilight Zone's Miniature. The former came via piano, the latter harpsichord. Couldn't help but note the main character in both pictures was deemed crazy, as in the men in the clean white coats crazy.

By coincidence, last night I happened to watch Hopscotch for the first time since its theatrical release thirty-five years ago. I loved it then and last night. Largely unheralded comedy. Anyway, the Mozart piece was in there, too. No crazies, per se. wink

Are there any other pictures sporting this piece?

Completely irrelevant to this thread, but I love that the Mozart music and adaptations that serve as the score for Hopscotch were Matthau's idea. Because Mozart was his favorite composer and he knew it by heart, very evident in the movie as he sings and hums along (also to Rossini). Ronald Neame tells this story in the Criterion edition.
