Can anybody think of some present soundtrack C.D.s that are also issued on vinyl? I just noticed that Carmen Dragon's score for "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers" was just issued on vinyl.
Yeah, it's become fairly common -- especially for the hipster fanbase.
Cliff Martinez' THE NEON DEMON was released on LP, for example. Not sure if it also had a CD release, or if it was just digital.
HMV in Harrogate yesterday, I noticed The original three Star Wars LP soundtracks on sale (about £20 each), an LP of the new David Brent film (god preserve us) and various other soundtrack LPs. Nothing wrong with that, and anything that keeps the shops open is fine with me, but I do regret that the classical CD display seems to be the one mainly squeezed to make room for them.
