Jagged Edge: Encore Edition Music by John Barry Limited to 1000 Copies SOLD OUT Our Encore editions usually stick to the original track list and running order, but Jagged Edge never had individual track titles. And now it does! Plus we have remastered it and re-sequenced it for an all-new listening experience. There wasn’t any additional music, so we couldn’t offer this as a Deluxe Edition, however, we have really shined up this Jagged Edge. A beautiful, bittersweet John Barry love theme along with some atypical suspense music are hallmarks of this very distinct entry in Barry’s legendary filmography. A grisly homicide … a sensational trial … a forbidden affair. It's Jagged Edge, a razor-sharp suspense thriller about crime, punishment and passion. Jeff Bridges is the prime suspect and Glenn Close plays the attorney who falls in love with him. When a San Francisco socialite is viciously murdered, her publisher-husband, Jack Forrester (Bridges), is accused of committing the crime. Teddy Barnes (Close) decides to defend the charming, manipulative Jack, only to disregard legal ethics by having an affair with him. With the help of private eye Sam Ransom (Robert Loggia), she takes on a ruthless D.A. (Peter Coyote) who's using the case as a political stepping stone. However, a startling revelation puts Teddy in jeopardy of becoming the next victim of the Jagged Edge. Limited Edition of 1000 copies Tracklist 1. Main Title (3:53) 2. Burial At Sea (1:37) 3. Henry Stiles Is Dead (1:15) 4. Jack And Teddy At Murder Scene (2:15) 5. Love Theme (3:57) 6. Teddy’s Betrayal (Alternate) (1:02) 7. [Unused] (1:54) 8. Bobby Slade Confrontation (2:24) 9. I loved this album in the 80's - I'd almost say I'll miss the suite, but I don't remember the particulars, and I trust your judgement on resequencing. So glad this made it out. (And the deluxes - Hellboy and Robo 3 - picked 'em all up.)

Well Robocop 2 sounds nothing like the first or third score, so you're not missing anything in terms of thematic development. And lucky for you, the original score has been reissued and is in print -- just search Amazon. Same complete program as the Intrada release, sans notes unfortunately. But it's in print. Yavar

Tried to order this CD, but Varese says it SOLD OUT. I'm getting the same message! Phew. Got my order in the nick of time. Way to go Varese! That's one of their fastest sellouts in a while. I really, truly hope this is just a glitch. This is one of my few leftover grails and I hadn't the cash to pick it up today. I know many factors determine how many are pressed, but 1000 on JAGGED EDGE seems an awfully modest number.

It won't be a sellout, it'll just be an error. Even taking into account stock going to other merchants, no title sells out in an hour. From your lips to Townson's ears.

Good news! I was able to purchase JAGGED EDGE and ROBOCOP 3 so whatever glitch it was seems to be solved. That said, who knows with OneLive.
