I'm putting together an order to Amazon.co.uk for a few things like Promised Land that are only available as MP3s or CD-Rs. I need to round out my order to justify the shipping.

I'm looking for recent scores that are:
-only available as MP3s in the USA
-only available as CDRs in the USA
-not available in the USA at all

Any suggestions?

If I remember correctly, Hans Zimmer's The Little Prince is import-only CD in the USA but available on ITunes?

Huh, I was able to get a physical CD from the US Amazon store. Great score, by the way!

One title not available in the U.S. is available at itunes in the U.K. , HANNIE CAULDER. It might be available at Amazon in the U.K. also. You will have to check.

Here is a listing of CD-R releases to avoid, it also shows when a CD is also available, often in Europe. It's in French but it should be easy to figure it out :

Add Beltrami's Carrie. Pressed CD here in the UK, don't think it got a physical release at all in the US.

So here's the list I have so far:

22.11.63 (Alex Heffes)
Arrow (Blake Neely )
Barbershop: The Next Cut (Stanley Clarke)
Ben-Hur (Marco Beltrami)
Beowulf: Return To The Shieldlands (Rob Lane)
Carrie (Marco Beltrami)
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny (Shigeru Umebayashi)
Doctor Thorne (Ilan Eshkeri)
Green Lantern (James Newton Howard)
Hexe Lilli: Die Reise Nach Mandolan (Ian Honeyman & Klaus Badelt)
Home Fires (Samuel Sim)
Indignation (Jay Wadley)
The Man Who Knew Infinity (Coby Brown)
Money Monster (Dominic Lewis)
The Next Three Days (Danny Elfman)
Ninja Assassin (Ilan Eshkeri)
Promised Land (Danny Elfman)
Sausage Party (Christopher Lennertz & Alan Menken)
Suicide Squad (Score) (Steven Price)
The Informant (Marvin Hamlisch)
The Time Traveler's Wife (Mychael Danna)
Wolf Creek 2 (Johnny Klimek)
X-Men: Apocalypse (John Ottman)

Obviously I'm not going to buy all of those for myself, but it's a nice list to pick and choose from. Any other suggestions? The list is a little short on MP3-only albums available on CD elsewhere.
