I must have a large percentage of his scores, but don't think I've ever compared what I have to what there is. A quick look shows I have 91 Horner scores. I think the only big score I'm missing is Apollo 13 which I hope Intrada can rectify one day. As I said I probably should look at soundtrackcollector and see what I'm missing. A few years ago, I completed my collections of Williams, Elfman and Goldenthal. Not to mention all the unreleased material that linger in limbo or obscurity forever. As for James Horner, I have about 40 albums -- and plenty more on my wish list. Is there any real need to be a "completist" of any film music composer, other than just for the sake of it? I find if you have a decent selection of one's work then it is generally a fair representation. For example I have about 40 of Williams' scores and some compilations, by no means complete but I think it's a good selection and representation of his oeuvre. Although in saying all that, between LPs and CDs I pretty much have everything available by John Barry. I didn't set out initially to get all of his stuff, it just happened that way. Most of it was easy to acquire and probably didn't set you back much.
