I can't say enough how much I enjoy this score. It's so lyrical, so atonal, so, so many things.

The film too, takes some chances, which I like.

The score should get issued, but last I looked the film itself didn't even get a proper dvd release.

The film was released in Australia by Umbrella Entertainment on DVD last year.

Yet another year, still so little love for this one.

Awareness might be the problem. Just typing "Myers" compelled me here.

I’m with you in the hope for both this and THE WITCHES. It could still happen sometime. THE STORYTELLER seemed all but dead in the water and then suddenly here it is. So many folk never seem to have heard of the film DREAMCHILD though. It seemed to have very limited distribution at the time and took ages even to come out on dvd. Great music!

I'm in for any Stanley Myers. My Myers most wanted is his beautiful score for Bryan Forbes' The Raging Moon, which at least got an lp release on EMI in England back in 69 or 70. Dreamchild sounds great. How much music is in the film?
