It's so lyrical, so atonal, so, so many things. The film too, takes some chances, which I like. It could still happen sometime. THE STORYTELLER seemed all but dead in the water and then suddenly here it is. So many folk never seem to have heard of the film DREAMCHILD though.It seemed to have very limited distribution at the time and took ages even to come out on dvd. My Myers most wanted is his beautiful score for Bryan Forbes' The Raging Moon, which at least got an lp release on EMI in England back in 69 or 70. Dreamchild sounds great.
