Those things look like Hostess's regular vanilla pudding pies with green food coloring used in the crust/icing. In that case I have had the Hostess vanilla pudding pies minus the green food coloring. I don't know if that counts. As for how they tasted, as a much, much younger person I enjoyed them. I can't imagine wanting to try one today. Like pretty much all Hostess products, it is something best remembered rather than something I would ever want to eat today.

I HAVE eaten real turtles, though. It was back when I did my TV show in 2006, and we went to Brazil. When we visited a native tribe in the Amazon, turtle was on the menu (and we ate the meat straight from the shell!), along with crocodile, guinnea pig and other local delicacies. Eating a live turtle is just wrong, especially when you do it for ratings, Thor.
