There's one sample at hans-zimmer.com. I think it's great, a typical slow-building Zimmer track.

Sounds ok... nothing particularly special... the question is who actually did that cue...

So has anyone actually watched at least a few episodes yet?

I think the series is well done. I think the music is incredibly annoying. The first time you hear a generic Media Ventures rising tension cue, it's ok. But then over the next few episodes you keep hearing the exact same thing and it just drags it down, IMO. If only some talented composer like George Fenton had gotten this...

I've watched six episodes so far. Not superb, but not bad. I'm mostly enjoying it. I believe they're planning six seasons if it's popular.

IMDb is showing ten episodes, and all ten by Rupert. Did Farley have a score tossed?

I'll probably start watching this shortly. But the reception doesn't surprise me at all considering almost every Netflix series has had generic music so far.

Since the above clip shows a bit of HIS score, it was hardly tossed... just stolen by RCP without giving credit.
And since the start he was one of the composers involved to provide additional music only... interesting that others received credit... he didn't.
Unless there were also others involved who also got ripped off.

Does it actually exist on CD? Every site seems to be out of stock of it. Considering it was supposed to be released a couple of days ago it is strange. All I can find are the download options.

What others received credit ?

It was Rupert's show, he's credited. Hans for the theme. That's it, other people worked on it not being credited. Lorne, Thomas Farnon, Farley. It's a TV show, needs hours of music, you always have large teams on those...

Bunch of cues here :

Except that "Lorna" and one other guy is being credited.

The dominant theme in this series at the end of most episodes I find very reminiscent of Zimmer's score to the Last Samurai, any one getting that vibe?

As for the show itself - loving it. Actors are incredible, Lithgow makes a wonderful Churchill.

Was this CD even made as an actual pressed disc or are all copies CD-R on demand?
I got this from an Amazon marketplace seller and it looks like a CD-R to me. Seems Amazon themselves isn't selling it anymore or it went out of print so you can only get it from a few third party resellers now.
