MONDAY, OCTOBER 24 HAN SOLO---Donald Glover was confirmed to be playing young Lando Calrissian in the young Han Solo movie. Also, one source said, "A couple of sources tell me the #HanSolo spin-off will tell how Lando Calrissian lost the Millennium Falcon to Han." GAME OF THRONES---a blurred photo shows Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington) meeting for the first time which suggests an alliance between the two. The two characters are visible in the upper middle of the photo which was taken during filming in Spain. JUSTICE LEAGUE---director Zack Snyder released a photo of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. LOGAN---20th Century Fox released a photo of Dafne Keene playing Laura/X-23 in the Wolverine sequel. DEADPOOL 2---director Tim Miller won't return for the sequel due to creative differences with Ryan Reynolds. One difference involved Miller wanting Kyle Chandler to play Cable, but Reynolds and the studio did not. ZELDA---Jennifer Lawrence will star in this biomovie about Zelda Fitzgerald and her tumultuous marriage to writer F. Scott Fitzgerald. Ron Howard may direct the biomovie. WESTWORLD---Jimmi Simpson commented on rumors that the Man in Black is an older version of his character, William, "First of all, I'm just flattered, because that man is so bad a*s. Second of all, I can't comment on anything. I wish I could say how wrong or right you are, but you guys have to wait just like we did." JOSS WHEDON---Whedon gave hints about his next movie, “It’s definitely a departure from the things that I’m known for. It’s as dark as anything I’ve ever written…It’s a historical fiction slash horror movie about a time when the world was going insane, World War II. I got to tell you: I was in Germany and Poland doing research for this movie and I was seeing so many parallels [to the U.S.]. And I know it’s a shopworn thing to compare the orange guy to the little guy with the mustache, but you see things, indelible things in terms of propaganda, the state of the country, and the parallels are eerie as f*ck.” HANNIBAL---Mads Mikkelsen said he's receptive to returning if the series is resurrected, “There’s Hannibal in my future if Bryan Fuller is up for it. Then he gives us a call and he’s ready. I think [I’m ready], yeah. I think we all would be; we love that show; we love to be together. I think Bryan is such a clever man, so we’re game.”
